Impact On Water is a community dedicated to empowering NGO leaders who are driving Israel’s social recovery after the events of October 7th.
These leaders shape the future of Israeli society for years to come — their work touches countless lives.
Our mission is to ensure that they have the strength, resilience, and support network they need to keep leading, healing, and rebuilding.
Yearly Program
The events along the year
The program is running all year long to create a long lasting and supporting connections between the leaders.
Sailing event - Spring
Our annual flagship experience: a five-day sailing journey through the Greek islands.
The unique setting at sea creates space for reflection, bonding, and shared adventure — away from daily demands and filled with beauty, laughter, and meaningful conversations.
Quarterly Meetups — Throughout the Year
The group is meeting every quarter. To go through some content and activity and mostly... to meet and mingle with each other.
Desert Retreat — Winter
A two-day gathering in the desert that blends nature, simplicity, and connection. Around the campfire, we share stories, cook together, and find quiet moments to breathe and reflect.
1:1 Meetings — Monthly
Members meet one-on-one to share experiences, exchange insights, and support one another. These open, agenda-free conversations often lead to deep understanding and lasting friendships.
